This juicy chicken kebab recipe is simple, flavourful, and perfect for snacks or parties. Marinated with spices, curd, and saffron, these kebabs are soft inside and crispy outside.

Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Cooking Time: 15 minutes

Follow the step-by-step method above for perfect results.


INGREDIENTS:

1 kg chicken

Salt to taste

½ tsp turmeric powder

1–2 tsp red chilli powder

1 tsp garam masala powder

1½ tbsp ginger-garlic paste

½ cup thick curd

2 tbsp chicken kebab masala

1 egg

Extra curd if needed

Few saffron strands soaked in warm milk (or saffron colour)

Oil for frying


METHOD:

“Add the chicken to a bowl.

Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, ginger-garlic paste, curd, chicken kebab masala, and one egg.

Mix everything well until the chicken is evenly coated.

Add saffron milk for colour and aroma.

Rest the marinated chicken for at least 30 minutes.

Heat oil and fry the chicken pieces uncovered on medium heat.

Flip and cook until golden brown and fully cooked.

Remove and place on a plate.”
