For this recipe, you will need:
Finely chopped garlic
Fennel seeds (also called saunf)
Chopped cabbage
Carrot and beans
Spinach
Macaroni pasta
Salt
Turmeric powder
Paprika powder
Semolina corn cheese tastemaker
Water
Cooking Method (Step-by-Step Voice Over)
METHOD:
First, heat a pan on medium flame.
Add a little oil and finely chopped garlic.
Now add fennel seeds and let them release their aroma.
Next, add chopped cabbage, carrot and beans.
Sauté well for a few minutes until the vegetables soften slightly.
Now add salt, turmeric powder and paprika powder.
Mix everything well so the vegetables are evenly coated with the spices.
Add chopped spinach, mix gently, and cook for another 2–3 minutes.
Now pour in 2 cups of water for 1 cup of macaroni.
Let the water come to a gentle boil.
Once the water starts boiling, add the macaroni pasta.
Mix well so the pasta doesn’t stick.
When the macaroni starts cooking and the water reduces slightly,
add the semolina corn cheese tastemaker.
Mix everything well, reduce the flame,
and let it simmer for a few more minutes until the pasta becomes soft and creamy.
