This Chicken Liver Masala is made using simple ingredients and basic spices.
The liver is cooked with onion, garlic, ginger, tomatoes, and aromatic spices, making it soft and delicious.

Ingredients:
• Oil – 4 tbsp
• Ghee – 1–2 tsp
• Fenugreek seeds (Methi)
• Cumin seeds (Jeera)
• Garlic – chopped
• Ginger – chopped
• Curry leaves – chopped
• Dried red chillies
• Onion – chopped
• Capsicum – chopped
• Tomato – chopped
• Salt – as required
• Turmeric powder
• Chilli powder
• Pepper powder
• Chicken liver – cleaned
• Water – as needed
• Garam masala powder
• Chicken masala powder
Cooking Process (Step-by-Step):
Heat a pan on medium flame.
Add 4 tablespoons of oil and 1 to 2 teaspoons of ghee.
Once hot, add fenugreek seeds and cumin seeds.
Let them crackle.
Now add chopped garlic and ginger.
Sauté until the raw smell disappears.
Add chopped curry leaves and dried red chillies.
Mix well.
Next, add chopped onions.
Cook until they turn soft and light brown.
Now add chopped capsicum and sauté for a minute.
Add chopped tomatoes, salt, turmeric powder,
chilli powder, and pepper powder.
Cook well and slightly mash the mixture until it becomes thick.
Now add the cleaned chicken liver.
Mix gently.
Add a little water, cover the pan, and cook for a few minutes.
After the liver is cooked, add garam masala powder and chicken masala powder.
Mix well.
Cover and cook again until the gravy thickens.
Turn off the flame.
Your delicious Chicken Liver Masala is ready!
