Ingredients:
Fish cutlets or fillets
Turmeric powder
Fish masala
Garam masala
Black pepper powder
Salt
Ginger-garlic paste
Corn flour
Rice flour
Semolina (rava)
Lemon juice
Curd (plainyogurt)
Ghee and oil for frying

Method: In a bowl, combine turmeric, fish masala, garam masala, black pepper, salt, ginger-garlic paste, corn flour, rice flour, semolina, lemon juice, and curd.
Mix thoroughly to form a smooth marinade.
