🌿 Ingredients:

Ragi (Finger Millet) flour – 1 cup

Bengal gram flour (Besan) – ¼ cup

Carrot – 2 (boiled & mashed)

Water – as required

Sugar – ½ cup (adjust to taste)

Ghee (Clarified butter) – 2 tbsp + for roasting

Butter – 1 tbsp

Mixed nuts & dry fruits – handful


🪄 Method:

1. Mix Ragi flour and Bengal gram flour with water to make a smooth batter.


2. In a pan, heat ghee and roast the nuts & dry fruits. Keep them aside.


3. In the same pan, add water and sugar.


4. Pour the Ragi mixture slowly, stirring to avoid lumps.


5. Add mashed carrots and ghee; mix well.


6. Add butter, cover, and cook until it thickens.


7. Garnish with roasted nuts & serve warm.
