Juicy & Crunchy Chicken Gizzard Fry Recipe
Chicken gizzards are a real delicacy – chewy, juicy, and full of flavour. This simple Chicken Gizzard Fry recipe is perfect for a quick spicy side dish.
Ingredients:
Chicken gizzards – boiled / half boiled
Oil – 4 tbsp
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Salt – as required
Fresh curry leaves – few
Garam masala – 1 tsp
Ghee – 4 tbsp

Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan, add the gizzards, and fry till golden.
2. Add turmeric, chilli powder, and salt. Fry very well.
3. Add curry leaves, sprinkle little water, cover & cook for 2–3 minutes.
4. Add garam masala and ghee. Mix well.
5. Serve hot with rice or chapati.
