Try this simple, healthy, and delicious Egg Potato Carrot Pancake — made with basic ingredients from your kitchen!

Ingredients:

1 Egg

1 Boiled & Mashed Potato

1 Small Boiled Carrot (mashed or grated)

A pinch of Salt

Sugar

2 tbsp Bengal Gram Flour (Besan)

3 tbsp Wheat Flour

Water as needed

Oil + Ghee for cooking

Method:

1. In a bowl, add egg, mashed potato, and carrot.

2. Add salt and sugar, mix well.

3. Add Bengal gram flour and wheat flour.

4. Add water gradually to make smooth batter.

5. Heat a pan, spread a little oil and ghee.

6. Pour batter and spread gently to make round shape.

7. Cook for 3–4 minutes on medium flame, flip, and cook again.

8. Serve hot with ketchup or sauce.
