Golden Masala Egg Fry – A Quick & Spicy Indian-Style Egg Recipe

Ingredients:
4 eggs
4 crushed garlic cloves
¼ tsp crushed black pepper
¼ tsp cumin powder
2 onions (chopped)
¼ tsp red chilli flakes
A pinch of turmeric powder
¼ tsp garam masala
Salt to taste
1 big green chilli (slit)
3 tbsp oil
2 tbsp ghee

Method:
1. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs with garlic, pepper, cumin, onion, chilli flakes, turmeric, garam masala, and salt.
2. Add the slit green chilli.
3. Heat a pan, add oil and ghee, pour in the mixture, and spread evenly.
4. Drizzle some oil on top, cover and cook on medium flame.
5. Flip and cook the other side until golden.
6. Serve hot with bread, chapati, or rice.
Tip: Add freshly chopped coriander for extra flavour.
